

The personal trainer’s job is to support you to do more than you normally would yourself – but between the two of you you’ll determine how challenging you want your session to be.
At Reach Fitness + Nutrition, you will only work with qualified personal Coaches, you’ll be safe in their hands. You’ll also find our Coaches professional and friendly. Plus, at the end of your session, you’ll get a shoulder and neck massage or hands on stretching session to relax into if you choose– now that’s having your trainer work for you!
Every four weeks, your personal trainer and your nutritional consultant will provide you with a new program so that you get the variety you need for an effective workout and eating plan over time – and you’ll never get bored. So that we don’t waste time, your training sessions will be designed to incorporate exercises that use multiple muscles at once, giving you more of a workout for your time and money.
Your Reach Personal Coach is recognised as among the best in the industry. They hold internationally recognised certifications, and are constantly updating their skills to ensure you receive the latest and best advice.

Mary can best be described as an inspiration. With 29 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry Mary brings her ‘A’ game to everything she does and Reach Fitness + Nutrition is no exception. It is the accumulation of all the best methods and techniques for getting exceptional world class results with her clients every time. The team she has gathered together are also world class, totally committed to their clients getting the results they have come for and totally invested in being the support their clients need. An accomplished National Motivational speaker and Associate Certified Business and Life Coach, Mary adds immeasurable value to the ‘client experience’ at Reach Fitness + Nutrition.
JOSIE CARPENTER: Naturopath, Personal Coach
Josie is extremely talented and brings 12 years of experience to her role as Nutritional consultant and Personal coach with Reach Fitness + Nutrition. Josie displays a deep caring for all clients and naturally excels in her role as ‘Customer Care Manager’ providing support and monitoring, assisting clients to reach their goals.
As well as being a professional musician and awarded artist, Josie enjoys being a mother of two beautiful children.
TRINITY BENNETT : Personal Coach
An avid surfer, Trinity brings a passion for assisting clients to live a balanced and healthy life. Trinity is experienced in rehabilitation and enjoys helping clients to overcome injuries and fully participate in a quality life. Trinity has broad and colourful experience. In 2006 he trained a female national basketball player to a bronze medal in the Commonwealth games and an INBA fitness figure competitor to second placing. He has also enjoyed running a ‘Living longer Living stronger’ seniors program for clients over 55 years.Trinitys attention to detail and vast knowledge make him an asset to Reach Fitness + Nutrition.
MATT EVANS : Personal Coach
A high performing athlete himself Matt has enjoyed being a State squash player and National Volley ball player over many years. As a master Personal Trainer Matt brings professionalism and years of personal experience to his clients who enjoy his boundless energy and enthusiasm. Matt has a passion for knowledge and a deep understanding of the workings of the human body that contribute to getting quality results with his clients.
